Handling of Inbound and Outbound calls and Event/Expo representation.

Identify customer needs, customer profiling, schedule site visits.

Responsible for handling the customers inquiry and coordination with sales team for scheduling Site Visits

Follow-up with customers & Customer Experience Calls

Database management & updating ERP
Language Preferred –Kannada, Hindi, & English (priority)
Desired Profile: Excellent communication skills and willing to work in voice process.
Education: Any Graduation
Experience: 0-2 years
